These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ROCKUL.AI platform and services provided by ROCKUL AI LTD, operating at rockul.com ("ROCKUL AI", "we", "us"). By creating an account and subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business, you represent you have authority to bind that business. These Terms apply globally to all users regardless of location.
ROCKUL.AI provides an AI-powered voice receptionist service that answers inbound telephone calls on behalf of your business. The service includes call handling, lead qualification, appointment booking assistance, call transcription, summary delivery by email, and a management dashboard. The service requires an active paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
The current subscription price is £99.00 per calendar month, payable in advance, and is the total amount you pay — no taxes or additional fees are added at checkout. Your subscription includes 300 minutes of inbound call time per billing period. Additional minutes are charged at £0.09 per minute and billed to your payment method at the end of each billing period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Payment is processed by Stripe. If ROCKUL AI LTD becomes VAT-registered in the future, this policy will be updated and customers notified before any change to pricing takes effect.
We may offer trial periods at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page of your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction (for example, EU / UK consumers have statutory cancellation rights for digital services purchased online — please contact legal@rockul.com within 14 days of purchase if you wish to exercise this right). Upon cancellation, your AI receptionist will be deactivated and your phone number may be released.
You are responsible for configuring your AI receptionist accurately, including providing truthful information about your business, services, and pricing. You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including laws relating to recording telephone calls, AI disclosure obligations, consumer protection regulations, and data protection law (including GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or equivalent). You must inform callers that their call is being handled by an AI and may be recorded, where required by local law. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You may not use ROCKUL.AI to: impersonate any person or organisation; engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading conduct; violate any applicable law or regulation; transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content; attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent the service; or use the service in a manner that could damage our infrastructure or other customers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
Many jurisdictions require businesses to disclose when callers are speaking with an AI system. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of ROCKUL.AI complies with applicable AI transparency laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to California's BOTS Disclosure Act, EU AI Act provisions, and equivalent legislation. We recommend configuring your AI receptionist to identify itself as an AI assistant at the start of each call.
Our AI receptionist is designed to be helpful and accurate, but AI responses are not guaranteed to be error-free. We make no warranty that the service will correctly handle every call, accurately qualify every lead, or successfully book every appointment. You are solely responsible for verifying call summaries and following up with callers as appropriate. ROCKUL.AI is a tool to assist your business, not a replacement for professional judgement.
ROCKUL.AI and all related technology, branding, and content are the intellectual property of ROCKUL AI LTD. You retain ownership of your business data, call transcripts, and configurations. You grant us a licence to process your data solely to provide the service. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of our platform.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other. Call data and business configurations you provide are treated as confidential. We will not share your business information with third parties except as required to provide the service or comply with law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROCKUL AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFIT OR REVENUE. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROCKUL AI LTD and its operators, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your failure to obtain required consents from callers.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the call-answering service. We may take the service offline for maintenance with advance notice where practicable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your subscription payment fails and cannot be recovered within 7 days. You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page. Clauses relating to liability, IP, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For users located in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under applicable EU consumer law. For users in other jurisdictions, mandatory consumer protection provisions of local law may apply and are not excluded by this clause. We encourage you to contact us at legal@rockul.com to resolve any dispute before initiating formal proceedings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
