Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 2026 · ROCKUL AI LTD

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to website operators. This policy explains how ROCKUL.AI (operated by ROCKUL AI LTD) uses cookies and similar technologies.

2. Cookies we use

We only use strictly necessary (essential) cookies. These are required for the website and dashboard to function correctly. They include session cookies that keep you logged in to your account, security tokens that protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF), and authentication state cookies set by Supabase to maintain your login session. These cookies are set only when you log in and are deleted when you log out or close your browser session.

3. Cookies we do NOT use

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other behavioural tracking tool. We do not share cookie data with advertising networks. We do not use cookies to build profiles about you for marketing purposes.

4. Third-party cookies

Our payment processor Stripe may set cookies when you visit the checkout page to prevent fraud and ensure payment security. These are strictly necessary for payment processing and are governed by Stripe's own cookie policy (stripe.com/cookie-settings).

5. Cookie consent

Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, we are not required under UK PECR or EU ePrivacy Directive to obtain consent before setting them. If we introduce any non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and implement an appropriate consent mechanism.

6. Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in to the ROCKUL.AI dashboard. To manage cookies: Chrome — Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies; Firefox — Options > Privacy & Security; Safari — Preferences > Privacy; Edge — Settings > Cookies and site permissions.

7. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. As we do not engage in tracking or behavioural advertising, our service effectively honours the intent of DNT signals by default.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change the cookies we use in a material way, we will update this policy and notify registered users by email at least 14 days in advance.

9. Contact

If you have questions about our use of cookies, please contact privacy@rockul.com.
