Tell us about your business

A short setup form: your business name, what you do, opening hours, the services you offer, common questions callers ask (and the answers), and how you’d like your receptionist to greet callers.

Worth preparing: your services list, prices you’re happy to share, and 3–5 common questions with answers.

Point your business number at it

Keep advertising your existing number — just forward it. On most UK mobiles, dial **21*YOUR-AI-NUMBER# to forward all calls, or ##21# to switch it off. Landline and VoIP providers have a call-forwarding setting in their control panel. Prefer to start gently? Use "forward when busy or unanswered" so the AI only picks up calls you miss.
