What counts as a minute?
Each minute a call is connected to your AI receptionist counts toward your 300 monthly minutes. Overage is billed at $0.20/min.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Settings page at any time. Your AI receptionist stays active until the end of the billing period.
What are Premium Voices?
Standard voices are already natural and included free — most callers won’t know they’re speaking to AI. Premium Voices is an optional $33/month upgrade to the most ultra-realistic AI speech available, for businesses that want the absolute best. Once you’re subscribed to the $200 plan, you can add it from your dashboard Settings and remove it anytime.
Can it take food or retail orders?
Yes. Takeaways, restaurants and shops can switch on order-taking from the dashboard — build a menu (or scan a photo of it), set your order hours and minimum order value, and choose card, cash, or the caller's choice for payment. Orders go straight to a kitchen display screen and out to your drivers.
What phone number do I get?
We provision a dedicated local phone number based on your country. You can forward your existing business number to it, or use it directly.
Do I need any hardware?
No. Everything runs in the cloud. You just need a browser to manage your account and receive call summaries by email.
