What counts as a minute?
Each minute a call is connected to your AI receptionist counts toward your 300 monthly minutes. Overage is billed at £0.09/min.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Settings page at any time. Your AI receptionist stays active until the end of the billing period.
What are Premium Voices?
An optional £25/month upgrade that switches your receptionist to ultra-realistic, human-like voices — the most natural AI speech available. Standard voices are already excellent and included free. Once you’re subscribed to the £99 plan, you can add the upgrade from your dashboard Settings and remove it anytime.
What phone number do I get?
We provision a dedicated local phone number based on your country. You can forward your existing business number to it, or use it directly.
Do I need any hardware?
No. Everything runs in the cloud. You just need a browser to manage your account and receive call summaries by email.
